Delivery Info

Once an order has been confirmed, your order will normally be posted within 3 working days of payment being received. If there is an item out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days to advise you. If you really need your items urgently, please give us a call to confirm we have them in stock.

Out of stock items can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered to you, so we advise you to place your order up to four weeks before you need Blissful Kids Parties products, to allow for order completion and shipping.

If ordering Blissful Kids Parties products for delivery within Australia, your goods will be delivered by Australia Postor Fastway Couriers.

All regular parcel orders are posted via Australia Post and are not trackable. You will be not be able to trace this delivery and Blissful Kids Parties is not liable for non-delivery using this method of postage.


Registered Post gives you, proof that the article was sent, proof that the article was received (a signature is obtained on delivery and compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery. It does not provide tracking of an item.


We endeavour to post express post orders within one busness day of the order being placed. If we are unable to do so you will be contacted on the same day to be advised. You will be emailed the tracking details as soon as your order is posted. To check if you are in the Next Business Day delivery network please click here for the Australia Post website. We will be sending your parcel from Melbourne.

Fastway Couriers provide delivery in most metropolitan areas. Delivery times are advised through checkout, although it is not unusual to take a day longer as we are sending from an outer metropolitan area. It is not recomended to use this instead of Express Post if you need a delivery overnight. It is not an overnight service. You will be emailed the tracking details as soon as your order is posted.

 

Delivery Times
Depending on your location, delivery time can therefore vary, so we would advise that you check normal delivery schedules to your area to ensure there is no disappointment. All delivery times are estimated examples and do not take into account busier periods.

Delivery Costs
Whether you order online or over the telephone, you will be advised of the relevant delivery charges before completion of your order. Costs are calculated by our database and you can obtain an estimate by logging in as a member and checking youe shopping cart. There is a shipping estimate button provided here for you to calculate shipping costs. Shipping costs are also advised during checkout, well before any payment details are requested.

Should you have any queries, please raise them when confirming your order. Should we require a signature upon delivery, it must be by an adult. If this is not feasible at the time of delivery, a contact card will be left for you to arrange collection from your local post office, or to arrange a new delivery.

Blissful Kids Parties ships Australia wide, unfortunately at present we do not ship internationally

We accept no liability for late deliveries, damaged or lost goods, and any complaints regarding this must be directed to Australia Post. Whilst we will endeavour to assist you, we do not have the capacity to control Australia Post's deliveries or third parties delivery times and methods.
