At Blissful Kids Parties, we are committed to providing you with a service that offers you 100% satisfaction. To this end, our dedicated customer service team is here for you to ensure that your child's party is as special to them as they are to you. If you need any help with any part of your order, please do not hesitate to ask. 

Terms and Conditions
Once your order has been received and processed, we cannot make any changes. Therefore, please be sure to include any special instructions and add any additional requests at the time of the order.

Once your order has been processed, Blissful Kids Parties will collect your items and post all items in stock. If there are items out of stock they will be posted as soon as they are received in. If they are not able to be sourced in time for your party date, the payment will be refunded for those items.

Terms of Payment
Payments can be made via the following methods: credit card, PayPal, money order or direct bank deposit. We will be responsible for the goods until they have been submitted for postage, at which point you assume all responsibility.

Pricing Terms
All prices and fees are in Australian dollars and exclusive of any GST that may be applicable, and replace any previous offers. GST is calculated upon checkout. All prices are correct at time of print, although they are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Order Requirements: Minimum purchase must be $20.00 or above. 

Claims and Returns
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it is damaged upon receipt, you agree to contact Blissful Kids Parties within 3 days of receiving your order. If the goods are damaged in transit, the carrier assumes full responsibility and any claims need to be made through them (although Blissful Kids Parties will endeavour to assist you with any aid that you may need). Should you need to claim for damage or return any goods, please keep the original packaging for inspection purposes. 

Before a return will be accepted for a cancellation and full refund, you need to receive authorization from our Returns Team, and this is usually only in the case of product defect or error.

Although Blissful Kids Parties makes every effort to ensure all our information and offers are up to date, it is subject to change without prior notice. We accept no liability for any erroneous information due to changes on the site, and both our employees and agents are exempt from any claims due to misinformation about offers and prices. All products on display may vary slightly from those you actually receive.

All refunds will be returned in the same manner as they were paid.

Although we offer a safe environment for you to make any purchases on, there may be external links to third party websites over which we have no control.
