This is an adorable plastic re-usable Dora from the waist up mini cake topper that is inserted into the top of a bowl-shaped cake (skirt) to create a gorgeous centerpiece and spectacular sure-to-get lots of ooohs and aaahs from everyone. 

Plan some time to create the skirt cake using two 10cm round layers,  small bundt cake or an oversized cupcake, frosting at least the day before the party to become a cake artist! Dora measures 10cms by 7cms , a great way to make an inexpensive cake.
